Brand new building and rooms with lovely decor. the view from the window overlooking the river is stunning. - the hotel is conveniently located just across the river from Ohio, close to the shops and restaurants of Newport and downtown.

Convenient to Downtown Cinci, Riverfront, and Conference center on KY side. Very good price compared to other high end hotels in the area.

This is an older basic hotel motel. It has had some updates, but nothing luxury. Doors were not well soundproofed so hallway noises were a little loud, but OK.

the location was across the street from the Newport Aquarium. That's why I booked this motel.

As soon as we got there, the room was very stuffy. So I turned on the air cond. We unpacked and after 15 min. or so it still hadn't cooled down. The vent was blowing,but not cool air. I had the thermostat all the way to 60! To make a long story short, I called the front desk & they assured me they would have maintenance come & check it. We came back hours later to the same thing. Then found out by a different person at the front desk that the whole system was set to heat this time of the year and there's nothing they could do! So we were basically lied to!! Plus the room had wallpaper coming off the wall and was very small. So we got our money back & left!

The room was very clean with a nice view of the river and the bathrooms were amazing.
